摘　　要：研究了介质谐振器滤波器的设计方法和制造工艺 ,分析了影响谐振器插入衰耗的主要因素。在陶瓷基片上形成电容耦合 ,制造了五级式高阻带、低损耗介质谐振器滤波器。滤波器测量结果表明 。The study of the designing method and making technology of the coaxial resonators filter is presented in this paper.The main factors which effect insertion of filters are analyzed.The designing filter is a bandpass filter consisting of five high Q value dielectric coaxial resonators.They were coupled to each other through capacitors on the dielectric substrate.The results of testing samples reveal that their electric properties meet designing demands.
