摘　　要：对筒式减振器工作原理及油封工况特点进行了简要介绍 ,围绕技术关键问题对捷达车前减振器油封在胶料配合技术和结构上开展研究 ,成功研制了台架寿命高达 80The working principle of cylindrical shock-absorber and th e working condition of the oil seal were briefly introduced. Around the key tech nical problems, the compounding technique and structure of oil seal in the front absorber for Jitter were researched. A kind of high quality oil seal used to sh ock-absorber was developed succeedly, whose bench life was up to 8,010,000 cyc les.
