摘　　要：地衣化学成分的测定,在地衣分类及正确使用上都有重要意义。使用高效液相色谱测定地衣的化学成分自1972年以来已有报道,但国内这方面的工作还未见报道。A high performance liquid chromalographic (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of usnic acid,lichesterinic acid and protolichestennic acid in Cetrarioid lichens.The conditions for preparing standard reagents for the quantitative analysis by HPLC was developed.The methods for extracting usnic acids from Lichen samples were developed.
