摘　　要：以德治国被提升为治国方略，它须彰显于社会生活的各个领域，细化到伦理的各个层面，施恩与报恩既为道德观念又为道德实践广泛作用于社会生活，作业一种具有普遍性的伦理体现着以德治国。因而，正确辩识二者的良性互动关系对于导引与建构市场经济条件下的新道德具有现实意义。'Running the country according to morals', as a general plan for China must be involved in various fields and different levels. Giving favour & requiting kindness is not only a moral concept but a moral practice that effects the social life, which also exists as moral principles with universality to embody 'running the country according to morals'. Thus, to recognize correctlly the healthy interaction between giving favour and requiting kindness will be of great significance in guiding and building a new morality under the conditions of market economy.
