表面麻醉下多焦点人工晶体临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :使白内障手术后患者既可以获得良好的远程视力 ,同时又能获得较好的中程、近程视力。方法 :在表面麻醉下超声乳化白内障吸除后 ,采用美国 Allergan公司研制的可折叠多焦点人工晶体植入术眼 ,共计 17例 2 5眼。结果 :远视力与单焦点人工晶体相同 ,中程、近程视力明显优于单焦点人工晶体。术中、术后未见严重并发症。结论 :表面麻醉下白内障摘除后植入多焦点人工晶体可以获得良好的远程、中程。Objective: At present, the single focus intraocular lens (SIOL) was used in cataract surgery generally. The patients can obtain satisfying distant visual acuity usually. The near acuity, however, are not so satisfied as that of the distant visual acuity. The multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) is expected to solve this problem. Methods: The foldable MIOL manufactured by Allergan Company was implanted under surface anesthesia. Results: The patients could restore not only the excellent distance vision, but also workable vision at intermediate and near. Surface anesthesia was enough for the operation. Conclusions: Phacoemulsification with foldable MIOL implantation under surface anesthesia seems a safe and more effective. The patients tend to be more satisfied with the acuity including near and distance acuity.
