摘  要:目的:为合理开发利用黄芪的植物资源提供参考。方法:对黄芪经适当提取分离后,用6300氨基酸自动分析仪测定游离氨基酸含量,检测波长λ1=570nm,λ2=440nm;柱温50~65~77℃。结果:游离氨基酸总含量云南栽培黄芪为1.7343%,梭果黄芪为0.5608%,金翼黄芪为0.3741%。结论:游离氨基酸含量云南栽培黄芪最高,金翼黄芪最低。Objective:To provide reference for rational exploiting and utiiiaing the plant of Radix Astragali (Huang-qi).Method.After extracting and separating Radix Astragali,free amino acids in these herbs weredetermined by 6300 High Performance Amino Acid Analyzer,a analysing conditions were detection wavelength at 570nm and 440nm,50~65~77℃ as the col- umn temperature.Result:Contents of the free amino acids were 1.7343%,0.5608% and 0.3741% in proper order in Yun-nan Zai-pai Huang-qi,A.ernestii Comb.(Suo-guo Huang-qi),and A.chrysopterus Bge.(Jin-yi Huang-qi).Conclusion,the highest contents of free amino acids was in Yun-nan Zai-pai Huang-qi,the lowest was a.chrysopterus Bge.
