摘　　要：重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rh GM—CSF)效价的测定是采用 TF—1 rh GM—CSF 依赖株细胞,该细胞的增殖与 rh GM—CSF 浓度成正比,用 MTT 法测定细胞增殖程度,反映 rh GM—CSF 的活性。在测定 rh GM—CSF 的效价过程中 TF—1细胞的密度对实验结果有直接影响。The titer assay of the recombinant Granulocyte Macrophage colong-stimulating- factor (rh GM-CSF) adopted dependant cell strain of TF-1 GM-CSF.And the multiplication rate of the cell affected the activity of GM-CSF.In the course of titer assay of GM-CSF,the cell density of TF-1 cell had direct influence on test sequence.
