摘 要:目的 评价液体衰减反转恢复 (FLAIR)序列对脑室型囊虫病的应用价值。方法 对 1997-0 6 2 0 0 0 -0 6期间经 0 .5T超导型MR设备检查诊断为脑室型囊虫病有手术和病理结果者 18例 (手术证实 16例 ,2例误诊 )进行分析 ,并比较应用FLAIR序列与常规自旋回波 (SE)序列的成像效果。结果 本组病例中 ,FLAIR序列检出脑室内囊虫 2 3个 ,常规SE序列检出 12个 (为FLAIR序列的5 2 .2 % ) ,前者敏感性高。室内囊虫之内部结构与边缘情况亦以FLAIR序列显示为好。结论 FLAIR序列用来抑制脑脊液自由水的信号 ,可进一步发现和明确在常规SE序列成像上未能见到的或可疑的室内病灶 ,故为常规SE序列检查的重要补充。Objective An evaluation of the application of FLAIR (fluid attenuated inversion recovery)sequence in diagnosing brain intraventricular cysticercosis was made.Methods An analysis was made on 18 cases of intraventricular cysticercosis,diagnosed with 0.5T superconductie MRI unit and underwent surgery during the period from June,1997 to June,2000.16 of them were proved pathologically,and 2 were misdiagnosed.A comparative study was also made on the imaging results studied with conventional SE and FLAIR sequences.Results Altogether 23 intraventricular cysticercus cysts were found in these patients studied with FLAIR sequence.In comparison,only 12 of them were seen with SE.FLAIR seemed more sensitive.Structure and confinement of the cysts were also better depicted with FLAIR.Conclusion To inhibit free water signals of CSF with FLAIR sequence would further illustrate those intraventricular lesions unseen or suspected on the conventional SE sequence.FLAIR had been proved to be an important supplementary technique to SE in diagnosing intraventricular cysticercosis.
