摘　　要：以大容量串行Flash存储器AT45D0 41为例 ,介绍了该芯片的工作原理与单片机的接口方法等内容 ,并结合数字式心电记录盒介绍了该器件在智能检测仪表中的具体应用。This paper introduced the theory and interface of AT45D041 with single chip computer,as an example of the large serial Flash memory,and illustrated the application of AT45D041 to intelligent detecting instruments,such as the digital electrocardiogram recording box.
