摘  要:本文报道猕猴桃果实节能贮藏试验取得的初步成绩。9月30日采收的207号猕猴桃果实,用纸箱包装,内衬塑料薄膜,存放在利用自然冷源的室内。贮藏85天以后,好果率达91.42%,果肉硬度为3.91kg·cm^(-2);辅以^(60)Co γ射线5万戈瑞(Gy)吸收剂量辐射处理,贮藏效果更好,好果率达95.10%,果肉硬度为4.10kg·cm^(-2),果实新鲜饱满,品质良好,风味正常。用食品保鲜袋小包装,内加一小包CF-1复合保鲜剂,显著地延长了猕猴桃果实的贮藏寿命,果实新鲜如初。本试验取得了较好的贮藏保鲜效果。The kiwifruit cv.No.207 harvested on September 30 was packed in cardboard boxes li-ned with plastic film and placed in a room ventilated at night,using the natural cool source.After 85 days of storage,the normal fruit rate was 91.42% and the hardness of fruit fleshwas 3.91kg.cm^(-2).The effect was even better when the fruit box was irradiatedwith ^(60)Co γ ray at 50kGy absorbing dosage.This gave the normal fruit rate of 95.10% andfruit flesh hardness of 4.10kg·cm^(-2),keeping fruit fresh and plamp in appearance,good inquality and normal in flavour.Packing fruit in small plastic bags,500g each,into which wasput one pouch of 10g CF-1,a preserving complex prepared by the authors,evidently pro-longed the storage life,and the fruit was as fresh as initial.
