EFFECTS OF FEEDING-LOT ON BEEF CATTLE

摘  要:选择 2岁左右的西杂牛、秦川牛和川南山地黄牛母牛各 9头 ,按品种各随机分为 3组 ,采用舍饲肥育方式 ,以干稻草和玉米酒糟为基础饲料 ,补喂 3种精料补充料 ,经肥育前期 (30天 )、肥育后期 (30天 )的饲养和屠宰测定 ,研究了不同品种和不同精料补充料对肥育性能的影响 ,并通过血液指标初步评价了 6种微量元素的营养状况。结果表明 :西杂牛ADG(12 76 .89g)与秦川牛ADG(10 94 .4 4g)、川南山地黄牛ADG(10 38.89g)间有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,精料补充料对肥育日增重影响也极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;初步判断微量元素Zn ,Mn ,Co能满足肉牛营养需要 ,Cu,Fe略低于最适量 。Dry-lot fattening was made of 27 heads of 2-year-old Simmental crossing cattle, Qinchuan cattle and Chuannan Shandi cattle, each of which was randomly divided into 3 groups. Dry rice straw and corn grain stillage were used as the basic feed and supplemented with three different concentrates. Determinations were performed on the 30 th and 60 th day to evaluate the effects of cattle breed and concentrate kind on the fattening performance of the cattle. Significant difference ( P <0.01) was observed between Simmental crossing cattle, on the one hand, and Qinchuan cattle and Chuannan Shandi cattle , on the other, in their average daily gain (ADG), being 1276.89, 1094.44 and 1038.89 g, respectively. ADG was sensitive to different finishing concentrates ( P <0.01). Serum(plasma) analysis showed that Zn, Mn and Co in the diet were sufficient, Cu and Fe were marginal and Mg was slightly deficient to meet the need of the beef cattle.
