摘  要:研究了Penicilliumspp .引起的病害对贮藏过程中银杏种子的生理影响。结果表明 :病原菌接种 18d ,在 2 5℃ ,RH85 %的条件下 ,各组银杏种子表现出不同的病害症状。接种组种子的呼吸强度、失水率、膜透性较对照组分别增加了 1 2 7~ 2 96倍、 19 38~ 30 2 9倍和 1 0 6~2 75倍 ,三项指标上升的速度因病原菌而异 ,以P citrinum接种组最为迅速。此外 ,各接种组淀粉和蛋白质相对含量均高于对照组 ,但差异不显著。Effects of Penicillium spp.infection on the post-harvest physiology of Ginkgo biloba seeds was studied.The result of 18 days investigation after inoculation at 25 ℃,RH85% showed the different symptoms of various diseases on the surface of infected Ginkgo biloba seeds.Its respiratory intensity(RI),rate of water lose and permeability of cell membrane were up to 1.17~2.96 times,2.04~3.75 times,1.04~2.75 times as many as that of normal seeds,respectively,but their increasing speeds were not similar and depend on different pathogens,and the speeds of group inoculated by P.citrinum were the fastest at all.In addition,starch and protein relative contents in inoculated seeds were all higher than that in normal groups,but the difference was not significant.
