低强度激光血管内照射治疗脑梗塞临床评价

摘　　要：目的 :以脑梗塞病人为对象 ,观察低强度激光血管内照射 (ILLLI)对其临床治疗的效果。方法 :将 2 66例脑梗塞病人分为激光组和对照组 ,对治疗后两组的临床症状及血液流变学指标变化进行对比分析。结果 :临床治愈率激光组为 80 5 % ,对照组为 5 7 9% ,有显著差异 ,P <0 0 5。血粘度及血脂降低水平 ,两组对比 ,有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 5。结论Objective:To observe the curative on patients with cerebral Infarction of Intravascular Low Level Laser Irradiation(ILLLI).Methods:To devide the 266 patients with cerebral infarction into laster group and contral group and to compare their clinical symptoms and hemorrheblogic index.Results:A remarkable difference of cure rate reveals between the two groups with the former's 80.5% and latter's 57.9%( P <0 05),and the difference is also remarkable between them in blood viscosity and lipid levels( P <0 05) Conclusion:ILLLI is particularly effective against cerebral infarction
