摘　　要：在新经济时代 ,面临诸多挑战的图书馆 ,要发挥自身优势 ,转变服务功能 ,以现代信息技术改造图书馆 ,有望在信息的储存、开发、传播、咨询。To play advantage of libraty itself,convert the service function,reshape the library by using modern information technique,expect to play the main role in the aspect of storage,development,transmission,consultation,re education and scientific research in the face of challenge under the new era.
