摘  要:跨栏跑是高强度的跑与跨相结合的径赛项目 ,是田径运动中较复杂的技术项目之一。学生在快速跑动中越过规定的栏间距离与一定高度的栏架 ,往往产生恐惧心理 ,从而导致缺乏过栏的勇气和信心 ,影响过栏技术的掌握和跨栏跑技术的教学效果。拟对影响跨栏跑教学的几种主要心理因素及其克服方法进行初步探讨 。The hurdle race is a track sport which has high intensity and which combines running and striding It is one of the several quite complex skill demanding events in track and field sports In the course of teaching the hurdle race,it is inevitable that students will have some apprehension when they,in dashing,are required to cover the certain distance between two hurdles and stride across the hurdle,which will result in the lack of courage and confidence to stride across the hurdle It will affect the students'mastering the skill of striding across the hurdle and it will also affect the effect of teaching the skill used in the hurdle race Attempts to give a preliminary analysis about the major psychological factors which will affect the teaching of such a skill and about the method to overcome these factors which will affect the teaching of such a skill and about the method to overcome these factors in the hope of improving the quality of teaching the hurdle race
