摘　　要：目的 :研究IL - 10对放线菌酮 (CHX)诱导K5 62细胞凋亡所产生的调节作用。方法 :采用碘化丙啶 (PI)染色流式细胞仪分析 ,形态学观察及DNA凝胶电泳检测K5 62细胞。结果 :CHX组K5 62凋亡细胞达 5 8 3% ,CHX加IL - 10组达 75 8%。结论 :(1)CHX能诱导K5 62细胞凋亡。 (2 )IL- 10和CHX联合使用诱导K5 62细胞凋亡的作用增强。Aim: To evaluate the effects of IL-10 and cycloheximide(CHX) inducing K562 cell apoptosis. WTHZMethods:WTBZ K562 cell was examined using FCM analysis?Light microscopy with staining Hoechst 33342 and DNA ladder methods. WTHZResults:WTBZ K562 apoptotic cell in CHX group was 58.3%. But apoptotic cell in CHX and IL-10 group reached 75.8%. WTHZConclusions:WTBZ(1) CHX could induce the apoptosis of K562 cell strongly. (2) Combined use of IL-10 and CHX had the synergetic effect in inducing the apoptosis of K562.(3) IL-10 had no evident effect in inducing the apoptosis of K562.
