摘　　要：用概率方法全面系统地研究了利用实测数据评定过盈联接的可靠度 ,考察了过盈联接强度与滑动失效及其相关性、各随机参量的取值范围 ,提出了基于实测数据。A new method is proposed to evaluate the reliability of an interference fit with the measurement data of the fit parts. Failures in the strength of the fit parts and sliding between the fitting surfaces, their correlativity, and the scope of random variables are taken into consideration. The reliability is calculated with the measured geometrical data of the mating parts on the basis of cutting off-tail distribution.
