摘　　要：综述了基因克隆常用技术包括图位克隆法、转座子或T DNA标签法、同源序列法、表达序列标签(EST)法和差异表达基因分离方法的原理、应用。The rationale, application and application potential and some factors of limitation of some important gene cloning techniques were studied in this paper. The gene cloning technigues include map based cloning or positional cloning,transposon or T DNA tagging method,homology based candidate gene method,expressed sequence tagging method and some differentially expressed gene cloning method in this study.
