摘 要:以对 SMV1 抗性不同的 4个大豆品种为试材 ,分析了感染 SMV1 后叶片中总酚含量、类黄酮含量及多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性的变化。结果表明 ,接种 SMV1 后 ,在发病早期抗病品种总酚含量增加而感病品种降低 ,而在发病后期抗、感品种均降低 ;抗病品种类黄酮含量在早期和后期均增加 ,感病品种在两个时期均降低 ,在发病早期抗病品种接种株类黄酮含量明显高于感病品种 ;抗病品种接种株Resistant and susceptible soybean varieties were inoculated with soybean mosaic virus (SMV) in the leaves were analyzed the results showed that in early period,the total phenolics in the leaves of resistant varieties infected by SMV 1 increased while those of susceptible varieties reduced. In latter period ,the total phenolics contents of all the varieties reduced . The flavonoids contents of the resistant varieties increased and that of susceptible varieties reduced in early and latter period . The flavonoids contents in the leaves of resistant varieties were higher than those of susceptible varieties in early period. The polyphenoloxidase (PPO) activity in the leaves of resistant varieties was higher than that of susceptible varieties in early and latter period.
