摘　　要：目的 探讨不同类型诱发电位 :脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP) ;体感诱发电位(SEP) ;事件相关电位(ERP)对急性缺血性脑卒中 (AICA)患者认知功能的预测价值。方法 回顾性分析16例痴呆组和30例非痴呆组急性期诱发电位检测结果。结果 二组ERP的异常率有非常明显差异 (P<0.01) ,SEP,BAEP无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 AICA患者急性期ERP异常结合临床后 。Objective To discuss the value of various kinds of evoked potential (EP) (including BAEP, SEP, ERP) on predicting recognition function of patients who had acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy (AICA). Methods The EP results of 16 dementia cases and 30 non-dementia cases were reviewed. Results There was significant difference between the abnormality of ERP results of the two groups (P<0.01), while the SEP and BAEP results had no significant difference. Conclusion To AICA patients, ERP abnormality combined with clinical manifestation could be regarded as an easy index to predict the occurrence of dementia.
