老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼手术治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼三联手术后的临床疗效。 方法 对 23例 (23眼 )老年性白内障膨胀期继发急性青光眼患者行白内障囊外摘除，后房型人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗。 结果 术后平均随访 12个月。矫正视力≥ 0.5者占 60.87％， 0.2～ 0.4者占 34.78％，光感者 4.35％。术后 21眼眼压正常，占 91.30％。 结论 对老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼患者行三联手术的远期临床疗效良好。Objective To study the effects of extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (PC－ IOL) with trabeculectomy in secondary glaucoma caused by senile intumescent cataract. Methods Tri－ combined operation of ECCE and PC－ IOL with trabeculectomy was performed in 23 cases(23eyes) with acute secondary glaucoma caused by senile intumescent cataract. Results The average follow－ up period was 12 months after operation. The corrected visual acuity of 60.78％ eyes was≥ 0.5, 34.78％ eyes increased to 0.2－ 0.4, and 4.35％ eyes had light perception; 91.30％ eyes had normal IOP postoperatively. Conclusions The clinical results showed that tri－ combined operation of ECCE and PC－ IOL with trabeculectomy is very good.
