滋阴明目丸治疗肝肾阴虚萎缩型老年性黄斑变性的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察滋阴明目丸治疗肝肾阴虚萎缩型老年黄斑变性的疗效。方法　用滋阴明目丸治疗肝肾阴虚萎缩型老年黄斑变性患者 43例 77只眼 3个月。并对老龄小鼠灌服滋阴明目丸混悬液 1个月后测定眼球组织中自由基相关指标及眶静脉血中的其他参数。结果　 43例患者视力提高总有效率为 61 0 3 %。对老龄小鼠具有清除过氧化物中的醛类化合物如MDA等及调节血管活性肽NO、ET的作用。结论　滋阴明目丸治疗肝肾阴虚萎缩型老年黄斑变性具有一定作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effection of ziyingmingmuwan(滋阴明目丸) in the treatment of atrophic senile macular degeneration with ganshengyingxu(肝肾阴虚).METHODS Seventy-seven eyes in 43 patients with atrophic senile macular degeneration with ganshengyingxu had been treated by ziyingmingmuwan for 3 months. Senile rats had been fed with ziyingmingmuwan for one month, and index of free radical in eyes tissues and other parameters in orbital venous blood were determined.RESULTS Ratio of improved visual acuity in 43 patients was 61.03%. Index of free radical and other parameters was improved in the experimental senile rats. CONCLUSION Ziyingmingmuwan could be effective in treatment of atrophic senile macular degeneration with ganshenyingxu.
