LⅡ瘤细胞对红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力的影响

摘　　要：目的　了解LⅡ瘤细胞生长发展过程中对红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力的影响 ,探讨死瘤细胞与活瘤细胞对机体红细胞免疫功能影响的差别。方法　将LⅡ瘤细胞接种到近交系 615小鼠 ,按荷瘤时间分批从小鼠眼房静脉窦取血后处死小鼠。检测直向肿瘤红细胞花环率、促肿瘤红细胞花环率和协同肿瘤红细胞花环率 ,并用组织学方法将肿瘤接种后肿瘤发展进行分期。结果　实验组和死瘤组瘤细胞接种后第 1、3天 3种花环率与正常组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,第 10天两组的 3种花环率均高于正常组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,第 5天两组的直向和协同肿瘤红细胞花环率高于正常组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,促肿瘤红细胞花环率与正常组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。第 2 0、3 0和 4 0天实验组的直向和促肿瘤红细胞花环率低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,死瘤组直向肿瘤红细胞花环率高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,促肿瘤红细胞花环率与正常组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。第 2 0天两组协同肿瘤红细胞花环率高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,第 3 0、4 0天实验组低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,死瘤组与正常组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　LⅡ瘤细胞和经热处理后的死瘤细胞接种后均可增强机体红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力 ,也能增加补体的抗肿瘤免疫反应能力 。To know immunocompetence of erythrocyte with the dendritic sarcoma cells of mouse(LⅡ)on the tumor happening and developing and to probe into the difference of immunocompetence between the alive and dead tumor cells infected the mouse body.Methods The LⅡ tumor cell were implanted hypodermically into the right posterior palma of the mice which were thereafter sacrificed successively in batches at different time after the blood samples was taken from the occular sinus of camera aquosa.The blood samples were subjected to test the resette rate of direct tumor red cell,the rosette rate of enhancement tumor red cell and the rosette rate of cooperative tumor red cell.The evolution of the cancer after the tumor bearing was staged by the histopathologic methods.Results The rosette rate of 3 kinds had not obvious statistical significance between normal group and experimental or died group at 1st day and 3rd day(P>0.05),and the experimental or the dead group was higher than the normal group at 10th day(P<0.01).Both the rosette rate of the direct and the cooperative tumor red cell of the experimental or the dead group was higher than the normal group(P<0.01),and the rosette rate of the enhancement tumor red cell had not obvious statistical significance between them at 5th day(P>0.05).The rosette rate of the direct or the enhancement tumor red cell of the experimental group was under the normal group(P<0.01),and the rosette rate of the direct tumor red cell of the dead group was higher than the normal group(P<0.01),and of the enhancement had not obvious statistical significance between the died and normal group(P>0.05) at 20th,30th and 40th day.The rosette rate of the experimental group was under normal group(P<0.01) at 20th day,the experimental group was under normal group(P<0.01) and had not obvious statistical significance between the died and normal group at 30th and 40th day(P>0.05).Conclusion Both LⅡ sarcoma cell and died LⅡ sarcoma cell could enhance
