摘　　要：目的 :探讨乳腺癌患者血清磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )活性的变化及其在临床上的应用价值。　方法 :采用 [3 H] 油酸标记生物膜法连续监测良、恶性乳腺肿瘤患者和健康人血清PLA2 活性。　结果 :46例乳腺癌患者血清PLA2 活性为 (2 5 .7± 4.2 ) % ,健康人活性为 (8.4± 2 .0 ) % ,二者间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;良性乳腺瘤患者PLA2 活性为(11.6± 2 .3) % ,与健康人比较差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。对患者PLA2 动态观察结果表明 ,乳腺癌治疗后与治疗前比较PLA2 活性差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论 :乳腺癌患者血清PLA2 活性的变化 ,对良。Objectives:To study the changes of serum phospholipase A 2(PLA 2) in patient with breast cancer and its clinical value. Methods:PLA 2 activities were detected with Oleate radioactivity. Results:The serum PLA 2 concentration in 46 cases of breast cancer was (25.7± 4.2 )%,and it was ( 8.4 ±2.0)% in the healthy people( P <0.05).The comparison between benign breast tumor patients and healthy people were not significantly different( P >0.05).After treatment, the serum PLA 2 concentration of breast cancer patients were significantly lower( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions:The variation of PLA 2 serum concentration is valuable in the differential diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect in breast cancer.
