老年人牙周膜细胞生长增殖的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察老年人牙周膜细胞生长增殖能力的变化情况。　方法 :采用牙周膜细胞原代培养 ,并用四唑盐(MTT)比色法检测老年人牙周膜细胞生长增殖能力的变化 ,并与青年人牙周膜细胞增殖情况比较。　结果 :①老年组牙周膜细胞生长极其缓慢 ,细胞呈现衰老状态 ,与青年组牙周膜细胞表现比明显不同。②老年组牙周膜细胞在 1、3、5、7、9天时测得的光密度值 (A570 )均明显低于青年组牙周膜细胞的A570 ,两组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。　结论 :由于衰老的影响 ,老年人牙周膜细胞生长增殖功能明显降低 ,与青年人牙周膜细胞区别较大 ,提示衰老造成的老年人牙周膜细胞生长增殖功能降低 ,可能是老年人牙周组织疾病发病率高、破坏程度重。Objectives:To observe changes of proliferative ability of periodontal ligament cells in the elderly. Methods:Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured, and proliferation of elderly peoples periodontal ligament cells were measured by MTT colorimetric assay and were compared with that of periodontal ligament cells from the young. Results:Growth of healthy donor periodontal ligament cells were much slower than that of young healthy donors; proliferation( A 570 ) of elderly healthy donor periodontal ligament cells were considerably lower than that of young healthy donors on day 1,3, 5, 7 and 9 ( P < 0.001 ). Conclusions:Under the influence of age, proliferative ability of periodontal ligament cells from the elderly were significantly decreased and was significantly different from that of young people. These showed that aging might be one of the important reasons which result in decrease of repairing and proliferative ability of elderly peoples periodontal tissues.
