摘  要:目的 研究逆转录病毒介导的tk基因 /GCV系统联合重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物治疗鼠脑胶质瘤。方法 分别用tk基因 /GCV系统、重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物和两者联合进行治疗鼠脑胶质瘤 ,在治疗前、治疗后第 8、15、2 1天分别用核磁共振 (MRI)增强测量肿瘤大小 ,观察治疗后生存期。结果 联合tk基因 /GCV系统和重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物比单用其中一种的治疗效果好。结论 tk基因 /GCV系统联合重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物能提高鼠脑胶质瘤的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of combinated retrovirus-mediated tkgene/GCV system and derivative of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-therapy for rat glioma.Methods tk gene/GCV system, derivative of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-α or both of them were used to treat glioma. The size of glioma was measured by MRI at the day before therapy, the 8th, 15th an d 21st day after therapy. The survival time of rats was observed after therapy.Results Glioma was more sensitive to combined tk gene/GCV system and derivative of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-αthan either of them.Conclusion Combined tk gene/GCV system and derivative of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-α could enhance the therapeutic effic acy.
