摘　　要：羊膜移植术是近年来眼科临床开展的一项新手术 ,由于羊膜的组织学、免疫学和生理学特征 ,目前被应用于眼表疾病的治疗和抗青光眼手术。笔者就羊膜移植的机制、手术方法。Amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) is a new technique of ocular clinical practice recently.Now,amniotic membrane transplantation can be used to treated ocular surface disorders and glaucoma,because of the characteristics of amnion in the histology,immunology and physiology.This paper is to summarize the advances of the mechanism,surgery methods,scope of clinical appliance of amniotic membrane transplantation.
