心理精神障碍明尼苏达多相人格测试结果研究

摘　　要：目的　了解综合医院心理精神障碍疾病病人的个性心理特征。方法　对 2 5 0例受试者进行明尼苏达多相人格 (MMPI)进行测查 ,诊断采用中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第二版 (CCMD 2 R) ,其中神经症 (疑病、抑郁、焦虑、强迫、癔症、神经衰弱 ) 2 15例 ;分裂性情感障碍 4例 ;躁郁症 3例 ;精神分裂症 5例 ;躯体疾病 (脑血管病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退等 )伴有情感障碍 2 3例。结果　基本量表分为诈病、校正、疑病、抑郁症、癔症、精神病态、偏执狂、精神衰弱和社会内向 ,心理精神疾病组量表分值显著高于对照组。男性在说谎、男女子气、轻躁狂症量表分值与对照组差异无显著性。女性在说谎、男女子气量表分值与对照组差异无显著性。女性中诈病量表分值显著高于男性 ,社会内向量表分值显著低于男性。结论　综合医院理精神障碍患者的主要问题均为疑病躯体化障碍 ,女性主要为抑郁。Objective To study the psychological characteristics of patients with psychotic disorder in general hospital. Methods 92 male and 158 female patients with psychotic disorder were tested with Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI). They consist of 215 cases with neurosis(hypochondriasis,depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, hysteria, neurasthenia); 4 cases with schizoaffective disorder ;3 cases with manic-depressive insanity. 5 cases with schzophrenia and 23 cases of somatoform disease with affective disorder. Results The scores of F,K,Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Pa,Pt and Si scales in the patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The scores of Mf were significantly higher in the male han those in the female patients and the scores of F lower in the male than those in the female patients. Conclusions The psychotic disorders as well as seen in patients in general hospital are hypochondriasis and somatoform disorder, and depression of the female.
