摘  要:目的 探讨肿瘤血管密度与肿瘤恶性度的关系。方法 应用原位杂交、免疫组织化学及体视学原理 ,对人星形细胞瘤各级别中bFGF的表达进行了病理学研究。结果 bFGFmRNA的表达与肿瘤的级别无关 ,其相应蛋白的表达与肿瘤恶性度有关 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的表达比Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的高 ,P <0 .0 5 ,但Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级之间无显著性差异P >0 .0 5 ;二者的阳性颗粒可见于瘤细胞的胞浆、胞核及细胞外基质中 ;单位脑组织中 ,高级别星形细胞瘤内血管所占的面积明显大于低级别者和正常脑组织 ,P <0 .0 1,但低级别者与正常脑组织的血管面积无显著性差异 ,P >0 .0 5。Object To investigate the relationship between the blood vessel density and the malignant degree of human astrocytoma. Methods Using the antibody and oligonucleotide probe of bFGF, in situ hybridization and immunochemistry were performed in 60 cases of human astrocytoma and the blood vessel density were surveyed by sterological quantitative determination. Results The expression of bFGF mRNA had no relativity to the tumor grade, but the expression of its protein in the high degree astrocytoma was stronger than the low degree tumor. The higher the tumor grade was, the higher the bFGF expressed, P<0.05. In the high degree astrocytoma, the blood vessel area of per unit brain tissue was higher than the low grade one and the normal brain tissue, respectively, P<0.01. However, there was no significant difference between the low degree astrocytoma and the normal brain tissue, P>0.05. Conclusion Angiogenesis play an important role in the growth of the tumor. The blood vessel density was a useful stander in the diagnosis of astrocytoma.
