摘 要:对银杏极短枝叶片中类黄酮、水分、干物重、淀粉、可溶性糖、可滴定酸含量及pH值全周期测定 ,结果表明 :叶中类黄酮含量在 7月 4日、11月 1日出现高峰 ;在相关与偏相关分析中 ,叶类黄酮与叶中含水量、可滴定酸均呈显著负相关 ,与淀粉、可溶性糖之间相关达不到显著水平 ,但在 8月初至 11月底 ,叶类黄酮与可溶性糖、淀粉之间有极显著的负相关关系 ,其后期可溶性糖浓度与叶类黄酮含量关系更加密切 ;叶类黄酮与pH值呈极显著抛物线正相关。对叶中类黄酮与光合产物、水分及干物重。The flavonoids, water, dry matter weight, starch, soluble sugar, titrable acid and pH of the leaves in Ginkgo biloba phyllomes were assayed from 1998 to 999. The results indicated that there were two peaks of flavonoids content, on July 4 and the Nov.1,respectively. There were significantly negative correlations between flavonoids and water, and titrable acid respectively, which did not reach a significant level between flavonoids and starch, and soluble sugar apiece by the analysis of correlation and partial correlation. However, significantly negative correlation between flavonoids and starch and soluble sugar from early August to the late November were observed. Close relationship between flavonoids and soluble sugar during the late stage of leaf development was observed. In addition, there was a significant parabola correlation between flavonoids and pH. The relationships between flavonoids and photosynthetic products, water, titrable acid and pH were discussed in the present paper.
