MEBO在直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的防护作用。方法 :5 8例直肠癌根治术后 ,将MEBO油纱疏松填塞于结肠造瘘口内 ,并用其油纱覆盖创面 ,坚持换药治疗。结果 :MEBO具有抗菌、消炎、消肿、止痛、促进创面愈合、保护周围皮肤等作用。结论 :MEBO对结肠造瘘口有良好的保护作用。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating the wound resulted from colostomy post radical opreation of rectal cancer. Method: 58 cases of such disease were treated with MEBO gauze.Results: The results were very satisfactory. MEBO has antibacterial,antiinflammatory, swelling subsiding and analgesic effects. It protects the wound and promotes wound healing. Conclusion: MEBO is a good remedy for treating patients with wound resulted from colostomy.
