摘　　要：知识经济的发展，使知识逐渐成为一种主要的生产要素，而生产要素地位的改变必然引起收入分配制度的变化，以致按知分配成为社会发展的必然趋势。按知分配实质上是对传统的按资分配制度的发展和演变，而期权期股制则是按知分配在实践探索中的重要模式。The development of knowledge economy is making knowledge a major factor of production. This will inevitably bring about changes in the distribution system. Distribution in compliance with knowledge is bound to cause a development and evolution of the traditional system of distribution in compliance with property,which has become an inexorable trend. It is demonstrated in practice as the system of forward shares and forward rights.
