金复康口服液治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察金复康口服液(黄芪、北沙参、天冬、女贞子、石上柏,七叶一枝花等组成)治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 多中心、随机对照前瞻性研究,290例非小细胞肺癌住院患者分为金复康组,化疗组及化疗加金复康组进行对比观察。结果 金复康组100例 PR 11例(11%),MR 34例,SD 38例,PR＋NC为83%;化疗组90例 PR 21 例(23.33%),MR 32例,SD 18例,PR＋NC为78.88%;化疗加金复康组100例,PR 42例(42%),MR 38例,SD 15例,PR＋NC为95%,明显高于化疗组P＜0.01。治疗后临床症状改善,生活质量(KPS评分),金复康组及化疗加金复康组均优于化疗组,治后多项免疫指标(NK、IL-2、CD_3＋、CD_4＋、CD_4＋/CD_8＋比值)均较治前显著提高,化疗组则有所下降。金复康组治疗后未见不良反应。两组化疗的毒性主要为骨髓抑制,白细胞下降、胃肠道反应,脱发。但化疗加金复康组的毒性发生率和毒性程度均较单纯化疗组明显减轻(P＜0.01)。结论金复康口服液治疗非小细胞肺癌具有一定缓解作用,并有改善症状,提高免疫功能和生存质量的作用;金复康口服液与化疗并用有明显的增效减毒功效。ve To observe the therapeutic efficacy ofJin Fu Kang Oral Liquid (compounded with Radix Astragali, RadixGlehniae, Radix Asparagi, Fructus Liqustri Lucidi, Rhizoma Paridiset al) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 290NSCLC inpatients were under a prospective prognostic study by acooperative group, and were divided randomly into group A treatedwith JFK, group B with chemotherapy, and group C with JFK pluschemotherapy.Results Among group A (100 case)there were CR0 cases, PR ll cases, CR + PRll%; among group B (90 cases),CRO, PR 21, CR + PR 23.33%; and among group C (l00cases), CR l, PR 4l, CR + PR 42%. There was significantdifference(P < 0.01) between group C and other two groups.Aftertreatment,the symptoms,KPS and immune parameters(NK,IL-2,CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+)were all improved in group A and C,better than in group B.No side effect occured in group A.thechemotherapeutic toxicities were mainly bone marrow depression,decrease of WBC,gastronitestinal disturbance,and hair loss. Butthe toxicity occurrent rate and toxic degree was much slighter in group C than in group B(P< 0.01).Conclusion JFK oral liquidcan be used for treating NSCLC.It may ease somewhat the cancer lesion,amend the symptoms,elevate the immune function andliving quality.JFK plus chemotherapy have a maked efficacy and a detoxication effect.
