摘 要:目的 通过消化内镜开展情况调查 ,为今后制定上海市内镜质量控制标准打下基础。方法 对上海市各级医院发放调查表 ,统计内镜工作量、开展项目、内镜室设置、内镜数量及消毒情况。结果 在开展胃镜检查的医院中 ,约 2 /3也进行肠镜检查 ,1/2医院开展逆行胰胆管造影 ;在治疗内镜中 ,开展最多的是止血治疗 ,其次是狭窄扩张 ,开展乳头切开取石者仅占 7.2 % ;多数医院存在胃镜室面积过小、胃镜数量不足、消毒不严等问题。结论 制订内镜室设施基本标准。Objective To survey the information of digestive endoscopy in Shanghai and prepare for drafting the criteria of endoscopic quality control. Methods Questionaires were mailed to gastrointestinal endoscopic unit of 207 hospitals in Shanghai, content of questionaire covered amount of endoscopic work, items of endoscopic examination and therapy, layout of endoscopic unit, number of endoscope, and method of endoscopic reprocessing. Results Upper digestive endoscopy was done in 138 hospitals, two third of these hospitals carried out colonoscopy, one third of these hospitals carried out endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic hemostasis was the most common endoscopic therapy item, then the endoscopic dilatation, endoscopic sphincterotomy were done in 7.2% of hospitals. The problems found in this, survey were no enough area of endoscopic unit, short of endoscopy equipments, no official guideline of endoscopic reprocessing. Conclusions In Shanghai, to improve the quality of endoscopy, we should make up the criteria of endoscopic unit and guideline of endoscopic reprocessing, and train the endoscopists and nurses.
