对中国式企业管理发展道路的思考

摘　　要：中国式企业管理发展道路的选择，既要避免重蹈欧美原生直线型发展道路又不能希冀全盘引进日本企业的组织文化管理。中国企业不但要吸收欧美的管理技术和日本的组织文化，而且要通过人的提升，构筑出“三位一体”的滞后型超越式发展道路。An option on the developing way of enterprise management for Chinese mode will not only avoid repeating that in a genetic strait mode in Europe and in America, but also not hoping to import totally the group cultural management in Japan, i. e. the Chinese enterprise should not only absorb the management technique in Europe and in America and the group culture in Japan, also constitute a surpassing developing way with the stagnant type in 'Three in One'.
