肾癌重复癌11例临床报告

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾癌及重复癌两者间的内在联系及治疗和预后。方法　对 11例肾癌重复癌的临床特点、病理学特征及治疗 ,预后回顾性分析。结果　诊断时排除转移癌可能并以手术治疗原发癌为主 ,对肾癌重复癌予相关放疗及化疗 ,随访 9例 3个月～ 10年 ,其中 2例死于重复癌 ,1例重复癌复发。结论　肾癌与其重复癌的发生之间有一定的相关性 ,但其预后主要取决于肾癌重复癌的恶性程度。Objective To discuss the relationship, the treatment and the Prognosis of renal-cell carcinoma with multipleprimary malignant tumors. Methods Clinical and pathologcal features of 11 cases admitted from l984 to 2000 were retrospec-tively analysed. The existense of metastased tumor was excluded in diagnosis. The primary carcinomas were mainly treated by surhical removal, While those complicated with Primary renal carcinoma received chemotherapy and radio therapy. Results 9 patients were followed up for 3 months to 10 years after operation, of whom 2 died of other primary malignant trmors and 1 re-curred. Conclusion There is some relationship between the renal-cell carcinoma and the accompanied multiple primary malig-nant tumors, and the prognosis depends on malignancy of the latter.
