摘 要:目的 比较至诚板、笔与传统的黑板、粉笔对儿童视功能的影响。方法 选取太原市 2所小学 1 0~ 1 1岁儿童 61名 ,教师使用至诚板、笔或黑板、粉笔条件下 ,上课前和上课后测试闪光融合频率值。结果 使用至诚板、笔教具上课后闪光融合频率减少值明显低于黑板、粉笔教具 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;当观察角大于 45°时 ,至诚板、笔教具闪光融合频率减少值明显低于黑板、粉笔教具 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 至诚板、笔教具在降低儿童视疲劳方面明显优越于黑板、粉笔教具。Objective To make a comparison of influence on visual function of children between Zhicheng and traditional blackboard-chalks. Methods Zhicheng and traditional blackboard-chalk teaching aids were used respectively, flicker fusion frequencies of 61 children ages 10~11 were tested before and after class at 2 primary schools. Results The decrease in flicker fusion frequency was smaller due to the use of Zhicheng blackboard-chalk teaching aid when compared with traditional blackboard-chalk teaching aid( P <0.05). When viewing angle>45°, Zhicheng blackboard-chalk teaching aid resulted in a slight reduction in flicker fusion frequency than traditional blackboard-chalk teaching aid( P <0.05). Conclusions Zhicheng blackboard-chalk teaching aid is superior to traditional blackboard-chalk teaching aid in prevention of visual fatigue of children.
