青春期女生生殖健康影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨青春期女学生生殖健康的影响因素 ,为在中小学开展健康教育提供科学依据。方法　采用分层整群抽样方法 ,对9～ 1 8岁中学、小学女生 (862人 )进行生殖健康及其影响因素的调查分析 ,数据采用EPI、SAS系统软件作一元和多元分析。结果　影响青春发育期女生生殖健康的因素主要为性发育年龄、围经期综合征、个性、体象困扰等。结论　由于性发育提前 ,生殖健康教育 (生理、心理、社会适应 )应从小抓起 ,中小学健康教育模式逐待建立。Objective To explore the variables that were thought to influence reproduction health of adolescent girls and offer scientific basis for the implementation of primary and secondary school-based health education. Methods With stratified cluster sampling method, reproduction health and its influencing variables were surveyed in 862 primary and secondary school girl students age of 9～18 years, bivariate and multivariate analysis were performed using EPI and SAS. Results The major factors that contributed to reproduction health of adolescent girls were age of sexual development, premenstrual and menstrual syndrome, personality, obsession of body and appearance, and so on. Conclusions Reproduction health education in fields of physiology,psychology,social adaptation should be implemented, patterns of health education should be established as early as possible in primary and secondary schools due to early Sexual development.
