摘　　要：用经典物理学知识 ,简明推导出了Rutherford公式 。Using of classical physics knowledge,which is different from previous method,Rutherford formula ctgθ2=4πε 0m αv 22Ze 2b is very concisely deduced;The scattering orbit of α-particle being one of hyperbola is strictly proved.
