摘　　要：目的　探讨黄种人、白种人和黑种人颅颌面软硬组织结构差异。方法　利用计算机化Mesh头影测量分析系统 ,将 6 8例中国广西正常人的Mesh图与美国白人和黑人的正常图分别进行比较分析。结果　黑种人上颌骨、牙槽及前牙前突最为明显 ,广西人其次 ,白种人的上颌骨、牙槽则较为后缩 ,前牙牙轴直立 ;软组织侧貌面型白种人较直 ,广西人略凸 ,黑种人最凸。结论　三大种族的颌骨、牙槽、牙牙合及软组织侧貌有较大差异。Objective To evaluate the distinction of the craniofacial features of Guangxi Chinese,white American and black American.Methods 68 normal occlusion students(33 male and 35 female) from Guangxi to create a normal mesh diagram and compared with white and black Americans,by using computerized Mesh analysis system.Results The maxillary,dentoalveolar and incisors protrusion of black American was most prominent,followed by Guangxi Chinese and white American.The soft tissue profile of white Americal was straight,Guangxi Chinese was convex slightly and black American was the most convex.Conclusion There are significant differences of the skeletal,dentoalveolar,incisors and soft tissue profile among three groups.
