高速铝翅片冲压油的研制与应用

摘　　要：根据翅片加工混合润滑的特点 ,选用有适宜分子量、浅色、无刺激性的添加剂复配后与精制的无色、无异味、无刺激性窄馏分轻质油调合成GP系列翅片冲压油。根据用户的实际使用要求建立了油品的模拟评定试验方法 。The GP series fin-stock forming oils can be formulated by compounded additive with proper molecular weight, light color and low irritation and high refined basestocks without colorless, ordor and irritation. Tests methods have been set up to evaluate the GP oils according to the requirements of users. The applications show that the performances of the developed oils can meet the requirements of different users.
