摘　　要：随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育转变速率的加快 ,高校师资短缺的现象日趋严重。但人才资源在一定时期内是一个相对稳定的变数 ,短缺问题如何解决 ?高校扩充流动编制 ,鼓励教师合理流动 ,建立省市师资流动调配中心 ,增加教师工作量等 。As our higher education shifting from elite education to mass education speeds up, there emerges a more and more critical problem--the faculty shortage This article discusses possible ways out of this problem while the human resources experience small increase In the author's opinion, the enlargement of flexible staff system to encourage rational staff circulation, the establishment of provincial or municipal teachers' work hours are such effective approaches
