晚期贲门癌血管内介入治疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价晚期贲门癌经导管血管内灌注化疗的临床应用价值。方法 :对 4 2例晚期贲门癌患者进了胃左动脉插管灌注药物化疗。结果 :38例患者的吞咽困难、上腹不适等症状得到缓解 ,其中 1年生存率为5 2 .4 % ,2年生存率为 1 9.0 % ,无严重并发症发生。结论Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of transcatheter endovascular perfusion chemotherapy in advanced cardial carcinoma.Methods:Fourty two cases of advanced cardial carcinoma were treated by perfusion chemotherapy through left gastric artery.Results:The symptoms of 38 cases such as dysphagis and upper abdominal pain alleviated,and the 1 year and 2 year survival rates were 52 4% and 19 0% respectively.There were no serious complications.Conclusion:Perfusion chemotherapy through left gastric artery was an effective palliative treatment for advanced carcinoma in gastric cardia.
