摘　　要：本文总结了我院1972年～1989年8月底307例急性白血病,就其发病、临床及实验室特点进行了分析。其中1972年～1980年底完全缓解率(CR)21.04％,1981年～1989年8月CR44.25％,CR有逐年增高趋势。同时重点讨论了治疗策略与CR及长期生存的关系。The treatment of the adult acute leukemia (AAL) has made considerable progress in recent years. The complete remission rate (CRR) has a distinct improvement. The cases of long term survival is inereased in number. Some patients have been. cured. We summarized 307 AAL from 1972 to August 1989 in our hospital, The CRR was 21.04% from 1972 to 1980, while it was 44.25% from 1981 to August 1989. It suggests that the CCR has been raising year by year. We have also discussed the relationship between its treatment method and long term survivsal
