摘　　要：异位脑膜瘤极其少见,本文报告5例。发生于眼眶3例,鼻腔及额骨各1例。年龄为16～58岁,平均38.2岁,男性1例,女性4例。术前只有1例诊断为脑膜瘤。诊断主要依据临床表现,特别是病理镜下所见。3例为脑膜内皮型,纤维母细胞型和砂粒体型各1例。本瘤生长慢,彻底切除不复发,不转移,女性似较男性多见。简单讨论了其组织发生学等问题。Ectopic menigioma is extremely rare. Five cases are reported: 3 arising from optic nerve sheath in the orbit, 1 in foreneadthe orbit, 1 in forehead bone and 1 in nasal cavity. The age ranged from 16 to 58 at the time of the initial histological diagnosis, Among the 5 patients, 4 were female and 1 was male. Such neoplasm being more common in the females may develop at any age. Slow growth and pressure symptoms are the main clinical features, The tumor rarely recurs after excision. The diagnosis is established only by pathological examination and the pathogenesis of ectopic meningioma is briefly discussed.
