摘 要:目的 探讨谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶 (glutathione S- transferases,GSTs)活性与三硝基甲苯 (trinitro-toluene,TNT)白内障的关系。方法 采用考马斯亮蓝法对 TNT白内障患者组 (n=15 4)、非 TNT白内障患者组(老年性白内障和糖尿病性白内障患者 ,n=41)和健康人群组 (n=40 )的 GST总酶活性进行检测。结果 TNT白内障患者组的平均 GST总酶活性显著低于两个对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;不同程度 TNT白内障患者间 GST总酶活性差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,由观察对象到 期患者的 GST总酶活性呈顺序降低 ;gstμ基因携带者的 GST总酶活性显著高于 gstμ基因缺失者 (P<0 .0 1) ;三组对象中 ,gstμ基因缺失者的 GST总酶活性亦表现出组间差异 (F=145 .191,P<0 .0 1) ,GST总酶活性由高到低依次为健康人群组、其他类型白内障组和 TNT白内障人群组 ;三组间两两比较显示 ,在 gstμ基因缺失者中 ,TNT白内障组与两个对照组以及其他类型白内障组和健康人群组的 GST总酶活性均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;gstμ基因携带者的 GST总酶活性组间差异不显著 (F=2 .0 92 ,P=0 .12 9) ;GST总酶活性与 TNT白内障的发生、TNT白内障期别、gstμ基因缺失均呈显著性相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,其中与 gstμ基因缺失相关性最强 (r=0 .70 2 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 GST总酶活?Objective To detect the relationship between the activity of glutathione S transferases(GSTs) and susceptibility to trinitrotoluene cataract (TC). Methods KMSL method was used to test the activity of GSTs in 154 cases of TC(group A), 41 cases of non trinitrotolune cataract (group B), and 40 normal subjects (group B). Results The activity of GSTs in group TC was significantly lower than that in the two control groups ( P< 0.01). The differences in GSTs activity were highly significant between the four stages of TC ( P< 0.01),in which the sequence of GSTs activity levels from high to low was the stage of observation, stageⅠ, stage Ⅱ, and stage Ⅲ. Compared to the persons with gstμ gene, the persons without gst μ gene had significantly lower GSTs activity ( P< 0.01). It was found that the GSTs activity of the persons without gst μ gene in TC group was significantly lower than that of the persons without gst μ gene in the two control groups ( P< 0.01), but the differences in GSTs activity between the persons with gst μ gene among the three groups were not significant ( P> 0.05).The most noticeable correlation was observed between GSTs activity and gst μ gene deletion( r =0.702, P <0.01). Conclusion TC and its stages are closely correlated with the activity of GSTs.
