眼睑黄色瘤患者血脂水平及电镜观察

摘　　要：本文研究结果提示:高脂蛋白血症患者不一定都出现睑黄瘤,但硷黄瘤患者中却有61%～75%伴发高脂蛋白血症,其中Ⅳ型高脂蛋白血症占43%;Ⅱa 型占33%;低 HDL-C 血症占13%。经5年追踪观察发现,即使原血脂正常不伴任何疾病的睑黄瘤患者5年后出现心律不齐者占34%,与无心律不齐者两组比较,其血清 TC、HDL-C/TC、LPO、apo—B_(100)及 apo—CⅢ_2的水平有显著性差异(P 值分别为<0.01,<0.01,<0.001,<0.01,<0.01)。黄色瘤局部组织电镜观察证实,不管患者伴发高脂蛋白血症与否,病变组织皆有泡沫细胞浸润及脂质沉积。The results in our study suggested that 43 per cent of the Xanthe- lasma patients were hyperlipoproteinemia type Ⅳ,33 per cent type Ⅱa, and the low level of HDL-C patients amounted to 13 per cent of the total patients.We found the xanthelasma suffering from arrythmia amo- unted to 34 per cent,and there was significant difference in plasma levels of the TC,HDL-C/TC,LPO,apo-B_(100),and apo-CⅢ_2 in the patients complicated by arrythmia.as compared with the patients who were not complicated by arrythmia. The electron microscopic observation in local tissue of xanthelasma comfirmed that the pathologic tissue was invaded by foam cells and li- pid deposit,whether the patients were complicated by hYperlipopro- teinemia or not.
