摘　　要：随着噬菌体呈现技术的日益广泛应用 ,其在肿瘤的研究中也发挥了越来越大的作用。用于生物淘筛的靶标包括肿瘤相关抗原、各种肿瘤相关生长因子、受体、酶类及肿瘤细胞、肿瘤组织血管等。通过此技术也发现了一些肿瘤组织特有的分子标识物 。Phage display technology is being widely used in cancer research. The targets of bio panning include purified antigens, cytokines, receptors, living cells and tissues. Some new tumor markers have been found by this technology, which may lay a foundation for tumor targeted chemotherapy. [
