摘　　要：目的　探讨健康体检人群中的正常眼压性青光眼(norm al tension glaucoma,NTG)的发病率及视野改变 ,为NTG的筛选提供有益的经验。方法　对健康体检眼底检查中发现的 46 1例 813眼视盘有异常改变者 ,应用 Humphrey75 0型电脑视野分析仪检查 ,采用中心 30 - 2程序自动检测 ,对结果异常者进行随访复查。结果　 46 1例中 141例 2 2 4眼视野有异常表现 ,占 30 .5 9% ,其中 6 2例 112眼表现出青光眼特征性视野改变 ,被诊断为正常眼压性青光眼 ,占总检查人数的 13.45 % ,占视野异常者的 43.97% .结论　健康体检中 ,NTG有相当比例的发病率。电脑视野计的应用对 NTG的早期诊断和早期视野损害的认识 ,提供了一种较为敏感的检查手段。Objective To investigate morbidity and visual field loss of normal tension glaucoma (NTG) in healthy persons of examination obtain experiences that might help screening for the disease.Methods Four hundreds and sixty-one cases (813 eyes) with optic nerve changes in health examination, apply a Humphrey field analyzer using the Central 30-2 program (Zeiss-Humphrey Systems 750). Cases of abnormal result follow up repeat. Results sixty-two cases (112 eyes) with glaucomatous optic nerve changes. These eyes had been diagnosed NTG. It was calculated for 13.45% of all the persons of examination and 43.97% of all the persons with visual field loss. Conclusions The morbidity of NTG in healthy persons of examination is quite high. The visual field analyzer is an important method for screening of NTG, and the regular follow-up is of significance for the suspects.
