摘　　要：目的　评价 Celluvisc用于角膜移植手术后的效果。方法　采用前瞻性研究 ,将 38例接受角膜移植手术患者随机分为 Celluvisc治疗组 (19例 )及 Solcoseryl Eye- gel对照组 (19例 ) ,观察 2组患者症状的改善、视力及角膜上皮愈合情况的差异。结果　 Celluvisc治疗组有 16例治愈 ,占84.2 % ;3例好转 ,占 15 .8% .对照组 14例治愈 ,占 73.7% ,5例好转 ,占 2 6 .3% .2组治愈率与好转率经统计学处理无显著性差异。2种眼药均无过敏及并发症发生。结论　 Celluvisc是一种安全。Objective To evaluate the effect of Celluvisc application after corneal transplantation. Methods This is a prospective, randomized, case control study. Thirty eight cases who received corneal transplantation were randomly divided into two groups and each group contained 19 cases. One group received Celluvisc after corneal transplantation and the other received Solcoseryl Eye gel as control. The differences of the improvement of the symptoms, visual acuity and corneal fluorescent of patients in two groups were observed.Results In the group treated by Celluvisc, 16 cases (84.2%) were cured and 3 cases got palliation (15.8%). In the control group, 14 case (73.7%) were cured and 5 cases got palliation (26.3%). No statistical differences were found between these two groups. No allergy reaction or complication took place after the application of these two ocular remedies.Conclusion Celluvisc is a kind of corneal lubricant that is safe and effective.
